Key Responsibilities

• 01Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• 02Conduct user research and usability testing
• 03Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• 04Develop and maintain design systems
• 05Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation
• 06Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
• 07Stay current with design trends and best practices
• 08Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions

Requirements

• 01Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• 022-4 years of UI/UX design experience
• 03Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• 04Strong portfolio demonstrating design process
• 05Understanding of responsive design principles
• 06Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics
• 07Excellent visual design skills
• 08Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

• 01Experience with motion design and animation
• 02Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• 03Experience with design systems
• 04Basic understanding of frontend development
