Workflow Automation (n8n, Sheets & Reports)
Kill the copy-paste work: invoices, stock sheets, daily reports and content pipelines that run themselves on n8n, Google Sheets or custom code.
Daily report workflow · sample data
01 · The problem
Why it leaks
Every business has hours of work that is just moving information from one place to another — copying orders into a sheet, making the same daily sales report, sending the same reminder, re-typing a WhatsApp order into billing software. None of it needs a person, and all of it causes mistakes.
What we automate
Daily and weekly reports sent to the owner's WhatsApp. Order, stock and payment sheets that update themselves. Invoice and payment-reminder runs. Data moving between your billing software, Google Sheets, your CRM and your accounting tool. Content pipelines that take a queue in a sheet and publish on a schedule. Alerts when something important changes — stock running low, a big order, an unpaid invoice.
The tools
We mostly build on n8n — an open-source workflow tool that can be self-hosted, so your data stays on a server you control and you are not paying per task as volume grows. For simple jobs, Google Sheets with Apps Script is often enough. When a workflow needs real logic or speed, we write custom code. We pick the cheapest tool that will still be reliable a year from now.
We use it ourselves
Our own content runs on this: n8n workflows draft our LinkedIn posts and publish them on a schedule after a person approves each one. Our WhatsApp outreach system scrapes and scores leads, sends messages with browser automation and syncs everything back to a Google Sheet CRM. The same building blocks go into client workflows.
02 · How it works
How we build it
- 01
Find the Busywork
We sit with your team and list every task that is just moving data around.
- 02
Rank by Payoff
Hours saved and errors avoided versus build effort — the top one or two go first.
- 03
Build & Document
Workflow built, tested on real data, and written up in plain language.
- 04
Monitor
Failure alerts are switched on, so a broken step is noticed the same day.

Frequently asked questions
n8n, Zapier or custom code — which should I use?
Zapier is the quickest to start but its per-task pricing adds up at volume. n8n can be self-hosted, which keeps costs flat and data on your own server, but needs a server and some care. Custom code makes sense when the logic is complex or speed matters. We wrote a full comparison on our blog and recommend one in the audit.
What happens if a workflow breaks?
Workflows break when something upstream changes — a column renamed, a password changed, an app updated. We add failure alerts so the right person is told the same day, and we document every workflow so it can be fixed by us or your own team.
Can you connect to my billing or accounting software?
If the software has an API or a reliable export, yes. Many Indian billing tools do; some only offer Excel exports, in which case we automate around the export. We confirm this before quoting.
Who owns the workflows?
You do. Workflows run on accounts and servers in your name, and you get the documentation. If you stop working with us, everything keeps running.
