Terms of Service

Our services

Project work (websites, automation, AI tools, marketing) is governed by the written proposal or agreement for that project. Where it differs from these terms, the proposal wins.

Using our apps

• Use them only for accounts and content you own or are allowed to manage.
• You are responsible for what you approve for posting and for following each platform’s rules, including the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms).
• Don’t try to break, overload or get around the security of the apps.

We may pause access that breaks these terms.

Third-party platforms

Our apps connect to platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn. Their availability, limits and policies are outside our control, and a post can fail if a platform refuses it or an account needs reconnecting.

Liability

We provide the website and apps with reasonable care but without guarantees of uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the related work in the 3 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.

Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy at kineticxhub.com/privacy.
