WhatsApp Automation & Bots
Every WhatsApp enquiry gets a reply in under a minute — prices, availability, booking links — and the hot ones land with your team, already qualified.

01 · The problem
Why it leaks
Most Indian customers don't fill forms. They send a WhatsApp message — "price?", "available today?", "location?" — and they message three businesses at once. The one that replies first usually wins. If your replies depend on someone picking up the phone between other work, you are losing enquiries every evening and every Sunday.
What we build
We set up WhatsApp automation on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), so it is stable and does not risk your number getting banned. A bot answers the questions you get fifty times a day, asks two or three qualifying questions (what service, which area, when), and hands the conversation to a person on your team when it is a real lead. Every conversation is logged against the customer's number so nobody asks the same question twice.
Typical automations
Instant replies with prices, catalogue and location. Appointment or site-visit booking with reminders. Order and delivery status updates. Payment links and payment reminders. Review requests after a job is done. Re-engagement messages to old customers who opted in. Routing: hot leads go to the right salesperson's phone, the rest get answered automatically.
Who this is for
Clinics, retail shops, real estate teams, restaurants, salons, coaching centres and D2C brands that get most enquiries on WhatsApp and lose some of them to slow replies. If you get fewer than five enquiries a week, you probably don't need this yet — and we will tell you that in the audit.
How it connects
The bot is not a separate island. We connect it to wherever your leads live today — a Google Sheet, your CRM, your billing software — so the WhatsApp conversation, the lead record and the follow-up reminder all stay in sync.

Frequently asked questions
Will my WhatsApp number get banned?
Not if it is done on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, which is what we use. Bans usually come from unofficial tools that automate the normal WhatsApp app or blast messages to people who never opted in. We set up the official API and follow Meta's template and opt-in rules.
How much does WhatsApp automation cost to run?
There are two parts: Meta's per-message charges and the build. Replies to a customer who messaged you first are free within Meta's 24-hour customer-service window. Business-initiated template messages are charged per message by Meta — marketing templates cost the most, utility messages (like reminders and order updates) much less. We check the current Meta rate card for India with you during the audit and estimate your monthly cost from your real volumes before you commit.
Can I keep using WhatsApp on my phone?
A number that moves to the WhatsApp Business Platform is managed through a shared inbox rather than the normal phone app, so most businesses either move their main number or use a new number for the automated line. We walk you through both options in the audit; it depends on how your team works today.
Can the bot reply in Hindi or Kannada?
Yes. Fixed replies can be written in any language, and AI-generated replies can be set to answer in the language the customer writes in. We test the local-language replies with your team before going live.
What happens when the bot doesn't know the answer?
It hands the chat to a person. We set clear rules: anything about complaints, custom quotes or a question the bot is not sure about goes to your team with the full conversation, so the customer never has to repeat themselves.
