Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Details you send us through a form, WhatsApp, email or call: name, phone, email, business name and your message.
• If you connect a Google / YouTube account to one of our apps: your channel name and ID, and an access token that lets the app upload and schedule videos you approve and read their view counts.
• Basic technical data our hosting keeps for security, such as IP address and browser type, for a limited time.

How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare quotes and deliver the work you asked for.
• For connected YouTube accounts: only to publish the videos you approve, at the time you choose, and to show you how they perform. Nothing is posted without your approval.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the services needed to run the work (for example our hosting and the platforms you ask us to post to).

Google user data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the posting and reporting features you see in the app, is not used to train AI models, and is not read by people except when you ask us to fix a problem or the law requires it.

Storage, security and retention

Data is stored on servers we control or on our hosting providers, behind sign-in, over encrypted connections. Access tokens are kept server-side and never shown in a browser.

We keep enquiry data while we are in touch with you and for up to 3 years after, unless the law needs longer. Account tokens are deleted when you disconnect the account or ask us to.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing us. We reply within 30 days.
• Remove our app’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date above. Material changes are told to active clients directly.
