The Challenge
Residential construction in Bengaluru runs on cash, WhatsApp messages, and memory. A father managing two construction sites had no way to track daily expenses, vendor dues, or material purchases. Traditional apps were too complex — needed something a non-tech person could use at a dusty construction site with patchy internet.
Our Solution
Built Nirman — a mobile-first PWA with voice input powered by Sarvam.ai that understands Hindi, Kannada, and English code-mixed speech. One form captures everything: labor, materials, vendor payments, government approvals. Smart categorization auto-detects expense types from voice or text. Vendor ledger tracks who owes what. WhatsApp share sends formatted invoices with one tap. Multi-tenant architecture supports admin and team roles so the whole family can use it.
